Hello and Welcome to our Year 6 Watblog!

Hello there all!

My name is Natalie, otherwise known as Miss Watson 🙂

I currently teach Year 6 at St Brigid’s Parish School in the beautiful suburb of Gwynneville.

Gwynneville is located in the amazingly gorgeous Illawarra region and is part of the city of Wollongong. We are about an hour and a half from Sydney and are nestled nicely between the mountains and ocean.

If you have not visited the region yet, please do- You don’t know what you’re missing out on!

Now today, you have made your way to our Year 6 class blog.Here you can see what we have been getting up to at school.

This blog will be used regularly by myself and our Year 6 class students. We will use this to post our work, videos, homework and leave comments etc, amongst other weird and wonderful things. This is a new concept I have initiated this year so we can all interact collectively on a regular basis.

Hopefully our blog becomes a place where students, parents and other people who are interested, can interact with what we are doing in our wonderful world at school. My vision is that hopefully we can become more technologically involved in our web-based home and share it with our classmates, families and the greater global classrooms of the world…..
